In February 2023, Legend Metal partnered with trainer and coach Vytautas Gaidamavičius, who brings more than 20 years of experience in building high-performing teams. Through a team-building workshop, employees reflected on the qualities that define Legend Metal. On a separate occasion, members of the leadership team identified the company's enduring best practices. These ideas were combined, refined, and presented to the entire organization for feedback, resulting in these shared sets of core values shaped by everyone:
Responsibility
Each team member helps to create the company by actively involving ourselves, and by putting our hearts and minds into the work we do.
We put importance in work safety and the relationships we have built among us and our partners. We are also mindful of our actions and decisions on a daily basis. We believe that the responsibility of creating success for the company will then yield more success for each team member.
Communication
We understand that communication is a powerful tool, and we value it by making an effort to make sure we communicate effectively amongst ourselves, and with our stakeholders.
We believe that by actively sharing our knowledge with each other, we can try to find solutions more easily and efficiently. Through this, we grow by learning from and by teaching one another.

The team consists of members from a diverse range of backgrounds. In spite of this, the same chance is given to each and every member to grow alongside the company. Everyone’s opinions and views are also respected. Having a vast number of perspectives, we are empowered to come up with unique ideas and solutions.
